# Taxi Butler

> Taxi Butler makes hardware taxi booking devices — physical buttons and self-service kiosks — for venues like hotels, restaurants, airports, casinos, business centres, and office buildings: anywhere people or guests might need a taxi. When a guest needs a taxi, staff press the device or the guest operates the self-service kiosk, and a local taxi is automatically dispatched. No app required, no phone call needed. Taxi Butler develops the hardware ánd software. Taxi Butler's software can only be used on Taxi Butler hardware, not on generic tablets or kiosks from thrid-parties.

## Business Model
Taxi Butler's **paying customers are taxi companies**. They purchase and deploy Taxi Butler devices at venues where they want to capture bookings. The **venue and its guests are the end users** of the devices — they do not pay for the hardware. A taxi company can have devices running across dozens of venues, all managed centrally through the Taxi Butler PORTAL.
