We are now looking for a results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • You will be managing the inbound lead activity, qualifying active buying interest and developing opportunity in prospect accounts.
  • You will also coordinate with our Account Managers and Market Leads to determine the accounts that require research and prospecting activities to secure a sufficient flow of additional qualified opportunities.
  • You will be in charge of our proactive outbound and inbound prospecting and lead activity management, with the goal of identifying and qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline.
  • You will start with one market and take charge of more as you grow into the role.
  • You will be a part of a rapidly growing organisation with endless opportunities for development and personal and career growth.
  • You will have the opportunity to gain in depth knowledge of the global transport ecosystem.
  • You will be based in our office in Sofia (Bulgaria).
  • You will travel for work occasionally.

  • You like talking to people on the phone; cold calling experience is a must.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
  • The highest level of integrity.
  • Self-disciplined, organised, with good time management.
  • College degree required.
  • You love technology and people.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Second language is a plus.
  • Native English speaker or a British/American accent is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Inbound lead qualification and follow up activity based on website, email and phone enquiries as well as trade shows.
  • Outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate and uncover opportunities.
  • Produce high level of call and email/social activity daily.
  • Working with Account Managers to develop prospecting campaign(s).
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects.
  • Driving repeatable prospecting processes and consistent reporting.
  • Qualifying opportunities and passing those on to the appropriate Market Leads.
  • Run and log activity in our CRM system.
